Job Summary 

As a Project Coordinator, you will support telecommunications construction projects by overseeing the day-to-day coordination of assigned projects from initiation through closeout. This role ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule while maintaining clear communication with field crews, customers, and internal teams. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Track and monitor all incoming projects from assignment through completion. 
  • Plan, assign, and oversee daily field activities to meet production goals and customer deadlines. 
  • Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to the appropriate coordinators. 
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations. 
  • Prepare PDF as-built drawings for project closeout packages to support accurate invoicing. 
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure project requirements are met and all necessary documentation is collected for invoicing and job closeout. 
  • Troubleshoot project issues and coordinate timely resolutions. 
  • Support field crews by ensuring they have the materials, resources, and information needed to successfully complete assigned projects. 
  • Maintain accurate project records and communicate project status to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. 
Requirements

 

Qualifications 

  • 2-3 years of project coordination experience preferred. 
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple field projects simultaneously. 
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.  
  • Prioritization of compliance with safety standards.  
  • Accurate project documentation.  
  • Proactively meeting customer deadlines. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Strong communication?skills. 
  • Valid driver's license?required. 
  • Ability to pass drug screening and background check. 
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
