About the Role
Make $200 or more per week working just 1 to 3 hours a night, Sunday through Thursday. You start at 8 p.m. and you're done when the route is done — most nights well before midnight. No boss looking over your shoulder. No customers to deal with. Just you and a straightforward route through an apartment community.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You're paid per property, not per hour — so the faster you move, the better your effective rate.
What You'll Do
• Pick up bagged household trash placed outside apartment doors
• Drive it to the on-site compactor or dumpster
• Complete your route and go home — that's it
• No bulk items, no furniture, no appliances
What You Can Earn
• Starting properties pay $150 to $300 per week for 1 to 3 hours of nightly work

• Contractors with two properties commonly earn $400+/week
