Purple Cow Recruiting is looking for an experienced recruiting sales professional to develop new business with physician groups, hospitals, health systems, behavioral health organizations, and other healthcare providers nationwide.


If you've successfully sold healthcare recruiting or staffing services before, we want to talk.


What you'll do:

  • Prospect and close new healthcare clients 
  • Build relationships with physician groups, hospitals, and healthcare leaders 
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to signed agreement 
  • Partner with our recruiting team to deliver exceptional results 

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years selling healthcare recruiting or staffing services 
  • Proven track record of generating new business 
  • Strong cold calling, networking, and closing skills 
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely 
  • U.S.-based
