Description

TSI is seeking an experienced ILS Analyst to provide Integrated Logistics Support for Navy Protective Equipment programs at NSWC PCD, Panama City, FL. This position supports NAVSEA-sponsored programs in the Protective Equipment branch and is responsible for developing and managing allowance documents, providing provisioning support, and contributing to ILS planning and sustainment activities across a portfolio of naval systems. The position is full-time, on-site at the government facility.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and manage Navy Allowance Documents (APL, AEL, TOA) and Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD) in accordance with Navy policy and ILS Plans
  • Assess and maintain ILS products including Maintenance Plans, DMSMS Plans, Demilitarization and Disposal Plans, and Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs)
  • Track Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS), coordinating with OEMs to identify End of Life issues and resolutions
  • Support development and revision of technical documentation including training curriculum, purchase descriptions, and technical reports
  • Attend and support ILS meetings (IPRs, QPRs, ILSMT, PSMT, CCBs) and draft associated presentation packages, meeting minutes, and trip reports
  • Serve as a member of ISEA and Logistics IPTs in support of NAVSEA-sponsored Protective Equipment programs
Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) or a directly related logistics discipline
  • Experience developing or managing Navy allowance documents (APL, AEL, or TOA)
  • Active SECRET security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting NAVSEA or NSWC programs in a contractor ILS or provisioning role
  • Familiarity with DMSMS processes and Navy policy for diminishing sources management
  • Experience with life cycle sustainment planning and maintenance plan development
  • CLT (Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution) or CPIM (Certified in Planning and Inventory Management) certification
  • Experience managing allowance documents or provisioning support for Navy shipboard equipment, CBRN, EOD, or related naval systems programs
  • Familiarity with MBPS (Model-Based Product Support) or other Navy logistics databases

Compensation & Benefits


Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 annually
