Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and piping.
  • Respond to service calls promptly, providing efficient and high-quality plumbing solutions for homeowners.
  • Inspect plumbing systems and fixtures to detect issues and recommend repair or replacement options.
  • Troubleshoot leaks, clogs, water pressure problems, and drainage issues using industry-standard tools and techniques.
  • Educate customers on plumbing issues and provide repair or replacement options. Present solutions clearly, explain pricing, and recommend services that best meet the customer's needs while delivering excellent customer service 
  • Prepare and complete work orders, estimates, and service documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools, equipment, and service vehicle.
  • Follow all safety guidelines, plumbing codes, and company procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with dispatch and office staff to update job statuses and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Represent the company professionally through excellent customer service and a courteous attitude.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements

 

  • At least 3 years plumbing experience required.
  • Some type of plumbing license required: Residential, Journeyman’s, Masters preferred.
  • Valid Colorado Driver’s License and clean driving record.
  • Clean background check.
