Compensation: $100,000–$200,000+ per year (Base + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses)

What You'll Do

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you'll split your time between generating revenue through in-home consultations and helping develop a winning sales team.


Sales Leadership

  • Assist the Sales Manager in leading and motivating a  team of in-home sales consultants 
  • Coach and mentor sales representatives through ride-along and field training 
  • Help facilitate sales meetings and ongoing performance coaching 
  • Reinforce company sales processes, accountability, and best practices 
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of new sales professionals 
  • Help build a positive, competitive, high-performance  sales culture 

In-Home Sales

  • Meet with homeowners during pre-qualified  appointments 
  • Present customized home improvement solutions 
  • Demonstrate product value and financing options 
  • Close sales while delivering exceptional customer experience 
  • Accurately maintain CRM activity and customer documentation 
  • Consistently exceed personal sales goals 

  

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of in-home sales, home improvement sales, or other high-ticket sales experience 
  • Previous leadership, coaching, mentoring, or team lead experience preferred 
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills 
  • Competitive mindset with a strong desire to win 
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven 
  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends as appointments require 
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
