At Mendocino Community Health Clinic (MCHC), we believe exceptional patient care starts with exceptional leadership. We're seeking an experienced Operations Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Little Lake Health Center in Willits. This role is ideal for a leader with a strong background in medical practice operations and revenue cycle management. What You'll Do
- Lead and support staff through coaching, performance management, hiring, and professional development.
- Promote an exceptional patient experience by ensuring efficient operations and outstanding customer service.
- Serve as the operational leader for the site, responding to urgent operational issues and coordinating solutions with department leaders.
- Oversee daily site operations, facility readiness, inventory, safety, and emergency preparedness.
- Drive front-end revenue cycle performance by ensuring precise and accurate patient registration.
- Monitor registration quality, work queues, and revenue cycle metrics, partnering closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, reduce denials, improve collections, and implement standardized processes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and audit readiness.
- Build strong relationships with staff, patients, and community partners while representing MCHC in outreach and community engagement activities.

- 2+ years management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to resolve people-related issues with diplomacy and tact.
- Communicates effectively using oral and business writing skills with all levels of staff.
- Must have professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in operations and/or clinical function
- Valid State of California Certificate of Registration as a Licensed Vocational Nurse; or associate or bachelor’s degree; or equivalent work experience in healthcare management
- Maintain current CPR Certification.
