Experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator needed to manage manufacturer warranty claims from submission through payment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and knowledgeable in dealership warranty processes, ensuring claims are processed accurately and in compliance with manufacturer guidelines while supporting the service department.
Responsibilities:
- Processes warranty claims on a timely basis to manufacturer
- Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation
- Verifies criteria required by factory
- Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule. Posts credits
- Works with Service Director, Parts Manager and support staff on rejected claims
- Resubmits all rejected claims promptly
- Follows up on payment of outstanding claims
- Assists with any clerical needs as directed by the General Manager
- Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area
- Performs other duties and tasks as assigned
- Previous experience in warranty administration required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of automotive industry and warranty processes is a must

$30.00–$50.00+ per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
