Description
St. Joseph Villas Homecare and Hospice, a premier Home Health and Hospice company in Omaha, Nebraska, has an opportunity for a Clinical Manager.
Job duties include:
- Manage staff compliance with regulatory expectations
- Audit patient records for ongoing monitoring of documentation compliance
- Perform accurate and timely clinical reviews to meet deadlines
- Compile, review, analyze and graph audit data
- Maintain quality data and reports
- Work with hospice staff to follow up on audit results
- Collaborate with clinical team to identify performance improvement/QAPI issues and staff educational needs
- Coordinate and execute staff education as it relates to above

Requirements
- Experience in Hospice required
- Must have attention to detail resulting in accurate outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with a professional attitude, demeanor and appearance
- May be required to provide direct patient care assuming staff nurse responsibilities when necessary to support safe, high-quality patient care and agency operation
- Proficient computer skills, including Word and Excel
