Description
Owns trade spend, deductions, and Accounts Receivable execution for North America, focusing on analytics, process discipline, and net revenue realization.
Essential Functions
- Own trade spend, deductions, chargebacks, allowances, and credits
- Build reporting to quantify customer-related spend
- Analyze trends and drive root-cause resolution
- Lead AR functions: cash application, collections, reconciliations, aging
- Partner cross-functionally to validate deductions
- Establish KPIs and dashboards
- Strengthen controls and cash flow
- Supervise AR shared services team (2-3 in India Shared Services)
Requirements
Education and Experience
- 5+ years experience in Accounts Receivable and Trade Spend
- CPG experience required
- Strong trade spend analysis and deduction management
- Proven ability to improve recovery outcomes
- Advanced Excel and ERP skills
