  • Champion data-informed decision making by leveraging analytics, campaign performance, and consumer insights.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, production, analytics, and media teams to deliver fully integrated client solutions.

Team & Operational Leadership

  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for junior account team members.
  • Oversee the quality and accuracy of all client-facing deliverables and presentations.
  • Support forecasting, resource planning, budget management, and overall business stewardship.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with agency quality standards.
  • Support financial management by monitoring account profitability, scopes of work, and resource utilization.
Requirements

  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and drive business results.
  • Experience leading integrated campaigns across paid, owned, earned, digital, experiential, and traditional media.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management, forecasting, and business planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50–60% of the time for client meetings, dealer visits, and team collaboration.
