About This Opportunity

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, storing, and shipping materials in a safe and efficient manner. This position involves operating a sit-down forklift, maintaining accurate inventory, preparing customer orders, and assisting with shipping and receiving activities. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable of lifting up to 70 pounds, comfortable using basic computer systems, and committed to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.


Bonus Opportunity

  • $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days 

Assignment Details

Pay: $19.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturday 12:00 PM- 4:00 PM

Employees who work Saturday will receive half a day off during the week (day to be determined)

Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire 


Pre Employment Requirements

  • Drug Screen Required
  • Background Check Required
  • Must communicate in English
  • Client Interview Required
  • Valid Driver’s License 

Responsibilities

  • Wrap and stage pallets for shipment
  • Pick and fill customer orders accurately
  • Load and unload full truckloads, LTL, and parcel shipments
  • Receive and organize incoming inventory
  • Maintain accurate inventory
  • Operate a sit-down forklift
  • Perform light computer work
  • Assist with general warehouse maintenance and cleaning
  • Support shipping and receiving operations

Dress Code

  • Jeans and T-Shirt (no holes)
  • Steel-toe boots required
Requirements

    

  • Warehouse experience preferred
  • Sit-down forklift experience preferred (certification is a plus but not required for the right candidate)
  • Ability to lift 50 to 70 pounds regularly
  • Physically capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Positive attitude and dependable work ethic

  • Potential pay increase after 6 months, up to $24/hour based on performance
