Overview:
Seeking a warm, hospitable and enthusiastic team member to own the Brio Aesthetics client experience. The ideal candidate carries himself or herself with confidence, is determined to meet client needs by selling solutions through products and services, and is passionate about creating a restful, elevated, and memorable environment for our clients. This is a part time position with potential future full time opportunity.
Essential Functions:
- Greets, hosts, and checks in clients with warmth and graciousness, ensuring they feel welcomed, feel cared for, complete all necessary consent forms, feel comfortable navigating the space, etc.
- Master product offerings in order to function as a sales associate to walk-in customers, guiding and assisting them with product and makeup purchases
- Checks out clients by taking payment and scheduling follow-up appointments
- Answers phone and schedules appointments
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of retail space by restocking shelves, wiping down surfaces when needed, etc.
- Master scheduling software and maximize use of client tags, client documentation, scheduling alerts, etc.
- Manages info@brioaestheticsgvl.com inbox by responding to inquiries or calling within 24 hours of receipt
- Performs additional tasks as assigned by manager.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Prior customer service experience preferred, aesthetics industry experience a plus.
- Sales experience a plus.
- Comfortable with computer skills and typing.
Work environment and Physical Demands:
Requires sitting, standing, and walking associated with a normal physician office environment. Person may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, infectious diseases, blood/bodily fluids, and disease-bearing specimens.
