Description
Shifts Available:
- Shift 1 (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
- Shift 2 (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday)
Position Summary:
- The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, fulfillment, and shipment of products while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer and internal orders
- Load and unload with manual or delivery trucks using equipment
- Maintain organized and clearly labeled inventory storage areas
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Follow established safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and free of hazards
- Assist with other duties and projects as assigned by the Warehouse Manager
Working Conditions:
- Climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled warehouse environments.
- Exposure to noise, dust, and moving machinery.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Forklift certification is a plus (training may be provided).
- Previous experience in cold, freezing, or hot warehouse temperatures. (Preferred but not required).
