Key Responsibilities
- Install hardware, software, and system upgrades to ensure communication devices operate efficiently and securely
- Develop and maintain local system design documentation for communication systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to communication systems and devices
- Train warfighters and staff on the operation and maintenance of communication systems and software applications
- Monitor system configurations, including hardware and software, to ensure security and performance standards are met
- Assist customers with information technology support and resolve technical issues promptly
- Provide instruction on computer applications and communication devices to staff and users
- Support the provision of various communication devices and technology functions in support of the TACP program
- 5-10 years of professional experience in related field
- Must be a US Citizen
- The ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- AS or BS with 3-5 years' experience in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or adequate Military experience.
