Job Purpose

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business within an assigned territory. You will connect directly with school and district decision makers, helping them discover how Edlio’s solutions can transform their school communications.The Inside Sales Representative will bring strategic thinking and personal discipline to the segment, building and executing a consistent, repeatable approach to generating quick wins across Tier 4, Tier 5, and single-site accounts. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute a high-volume outreach strategy, including email campaigns, call strategy, and consistent adherence to activity expectations
  • Identify outreach strategies and implement tactics that support a clear, repeatable approach to prospecting, follow-up, and meeting generation — with a focus on what works and what produces quick wins.
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations for school and district decision makers (Principals, Superintendents, Technology Directors, etc.)
  • Responsible for tracking and maintaining their own activity metrics, ensuring they are accurately reflected in their HubSpot activity dashboard prior to the weekly call with the VP of Sales and CRO.
  • Generate quotes and proposals and maintain follow-up communication to close sales
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
  • Develop a deep understanding of Edlio’s product suite and the K12 education market
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a related role
  • Experience in SaaS or EdTech sales
  • Familiarity with the K12 education market
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Salary Description
$60,000-$70,000
