Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Internal Medicine Physician for an established outpatient primary care practice in Lowell, Massachusetts.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients
• Focus on preventive care and chronic disease management
• Practice within a collaborative multidisciplinary care team
• Protected administrative time built into every work week
• Sustainable patient volume supporting relationship-based medicine

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $294,694.40 Annually
• Student Loan Repayment Eligibility Up To $50,000

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• One Evening Shift Weekly (11:00 AM-8:00 PM)
• 32 Hours Patient Care
• 8 Hours Protected Administrative Time

ROLE
• Deliver comprehensive outpatient Internal Medicine care
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Provide preventive healthcare and wellness services
• Develop long-term relationships with adult patients
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
