Description

  

• Be the first point of contact for customers reaching out about service — building real communication and relationship-building skills every day

• Make outbound contacts daily across a range of campaigns, learning how data-driven sales and marketing actually work

• Book and confirm appointments, and problem-solve to recover no-shows and reschedules

• Monitor and respond to AI-assisted communications, getting hands-on with the tools shaping the future of customer engagement

• Track your own performance against clear daily and weekly goals — learn to read metrics like a business owner would

Represent your assigned dealership brand(s) with professionalism and confidence 

Requirements

  

• Recent college graduates or early-career professionals — no prior automotive or BDC experience required

• Strong communicator, comfortable on the phone and in writing

• Competitive, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

• Coachable — someone who takes feedback well and takes ownership of their results

• Comfortable picking up new software and tools quickly (we provide full training)
