Now Hiring: Scheduling Coordinator 


About the Role

 The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for developing, maintaining, and adjusting staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage for all shifts. This position works closely with nursing leadership, department managers, and employees to coordinate staffing needs while maintaining compliance with facility policies and staffing requirements. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staff schedules.
  • Manage call-ins, call-offs, shift swaps, and vacation requests.
  • Fill open shifts using available staff and approved staffing resources.
  • Communicate scheduling changes promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor staffing levels and overtime to promote efficiency and budget compliance.
  • Maintain accurate attendance, scheduling, and payroll-related records.
  • Assist with onboarding schedules for new employees.
  • Work collaboratively with department leaders to anticipate staffing needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality while providing exceptional customer service to employees.
