Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Bilingual Physician Assistant for an established outpatient primary care organization in Los Angeles, California.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Join a mission-driven outpatient primary care practice serving diverse and underserved communities
• Provide acute care visits through a telemedicine care model while working onsite
• Deliver complete patient assessments in both English and Spanish without an interpreter
• Manage a high-volume outpatient practice supported by an experienced clinical team
• Make a meaningful impact while maintaining an excellent work-life balance

COMPENSATION
• $80-$85 Per Hour Based On Experience
• Federal & State Student Loan Repayment Eligibility

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• No Nights
• No Weekends
• No Call

ROLE
• Evaluate and treat acute primary care conditions
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments in English and Spanish
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe appropriate therapies
• Educate patients on preventive care and disease management
• Document encounters accurately within the EMR

• NCCPA Certified Physician Assistant REQUIRED
• Active California Physician Assistant License REQUIRED
• Minimum One Year Of Urgent Care Experience After Certification REQUIRED

• Strong Primary Care Assessment And Clinical Decision-Making Skills REQUIRED
