Full Time Associate Mixed Animal Veterinarian

Have you always pictured what your ideal clinic would be like? Do you want to feel a strong sense of belonging to a practice that will take care of you? Would you like to be excited to go to work every day? Would you appreciate having a team that genuinely energizes you with their enthusiasm for the work that they do? Do you currently work for a corporate clinic, but you feel like there is just something missing? We want you to excel in this field, and it would be our privilege to assist you in doing that every step of the way. We’ve been waiting for you!

Veterinary Wellness Partners is a privately owned, family oriented, mixed animal veterinary practice with a strong commitment to excellence. With our increasing number of new clients, we are continuously adding to our dynamic team. We pride ourselves on our exceptional care given by our compassionate doctors and staff. Founded in 1956, our AAHA accredited Orrville Veterinary Clinic was the first in our organization of clinics. Today we are thriving, as we have grown to five clinics in total, along with our robust large animal medical team that operates out of our Orrville location. We are located in Wayne, Medina, Summit and Stark counties. We are thankful for the opportunity to serve our loyal clients across Northeast Ohio.

With having multiple clinics, we have the advantage of collaborating with the many veterinarians within our own network. We keep our eyes on progressive and innovative veterinary medical technology in order to best treat our patients. Practices within Veterinary Wellness Partners offer the ability to build long lasting relationships with your own personal clientele.

Why choose Veterinary Wellness Partners?

In addition to focusing on our patients and clients, we believe that our staff is our most important asset. We thrive on investing in our staff and being the catalyst that drives them to reach their goals. Whether it’s through mentorship, CE or VWP’s education initiative, we are here to support our team as they achieve milestones in their careers.

Our owners have provided the staff with a devoted coach that empowers us to work through interpersonal differences and embrace individuality. By learning how we each receive and process information differently, we are able to foster an environment where open communication is not only easy, it is incredibly welcomed.

Our nurturing culture of inclusion, equity and accountability sets us apart from the rest. Honesty, integrity and respect are engrained in everything we do. We encourage the staff to share new ideas; your voice will always be heard and your input will be valued. We have a unified purpose to provide the highest quality medical care to our patients, and the commitment of our amazing team is what keeps VWP the practice of choice.
