What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated medical provider, managing day-to-day coordination and communication
• Ensure providers are fully prepared for their appointments with organized schedules and up-to-date patient information
• Deliver exceptional client service by educating patients, managing follow-ups, and facilitating post-visit needs like labs, supplements, and referrals
• Communicate with warmth, clarity, and attentiveness to ensure seamless continuity of care
• Coordinate with internal and external providers, retrieve medical records, and help relay wellness recommendations in line with our whole-person approach
• Support team operations by stepping into clinical or administrative roles when qualified and needed

Required Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN); Social Work background will also be considered

One years’ medical practice experience (required); will consider other combinations of education and experience

Experience with medical terminology and working in a clinic or hospital setting

Strong computer and word processing skills

EMR and scheduling experience
