Loch Harbour Group is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support. This key personnel position is responsible for coordinating administrative activities, managing schedules and meetings, preparing reports and correspondence, maintaining documentation, and ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to program leadership and project teams.
- Conduct research and compile information to prepare statistical reports, presentations, and other management documents.
- Prepare, edit, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and other official documentation.
- Respond to information requests and maintain accurate administrative records and files.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange conference calls, virtual meetings, and other events.
- Receive and assist visitors while maintaining a professional and customer-focused environment.
- Coordinate and manage meetings, workshops, and special events from planning through completion.
- Review documents to ensure compliance with applicable requirements, policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain organized documentation and records to support program operations and reporting requirements.
- Track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Support office operations by performing additional administrative duties as assigned.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED.
Experience
- More than 10 years of progressively responsible administrative experience
- Active Secret Clearance Required
