We’re seeking a Family Therapist to join our growing team. This position will begin as part-time with the expectation of transitioning into full-time as our clinic grows. Your Role
As a Family Therapist at HavenRise, you’ll:
- Provide group, and family therapy to adolescents and their families.
- Use evidence-based approaches like CBT, Family Systems Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
- Facilitate meaningful family sessions to improve communication and connection.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic client care.
- Provide psychoeducation to parents and guardians to empower them as partners in healing.
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $25 – $40.50 hourly, commensurate with experience and qualifications
- Unlicensed Therapist: $25-35 hourly
- Licensed Therapist: $31.25-40.50 hourly
Schedule: Up to 20 hours a week.
Must be available to provide the below support. Schedule can be somewhat flexible.
- Family Support Group: Currently Monday 4:30 pm -5:30 pm
- Family Workshop: One Thursday -Friday a month 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
- Current Florida license as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW preferred. Otherwise must be license eligible.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing family therapy, with adolescents. Group experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, clinical documentation, and crisis intervention abilities.
- Strong documentation skills and proficiency in EHR systems.
- Passion for helping adolescents achieve emotional wellness and resilience.
- Comfort in a start-up environment; willing to adapt and grow as the clinic evolves.
