Family Therapist –Adolescent Mental Health (Part-Time, Growing to Full-Time)

We’re seeking a Family Therapist to join our growing team. This position will begin as part-time with the expectation of transitioning into full-time as our clinic grows. Your Role

As a Family Therapist at HavenRise, you’ll:

  • Provide group, and family therapy to adolescents and their families.
  • Use evidence-based approaches like CBT, Family Systems Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
  • Facilitate meaningful family sessions to improve communication and connection.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic client care.
  • Provide psychoeducation to parents and guardians to empower them as partners in healing.

 

Compensation

  • Hourly Rate: $25 – $40.50 hourly, commensurate with experience and qualifications
  • Unlicensed Therapist: $25-35 hourly
  • Licensed Therapist: $31.25-40.50 hourly

 Schedule: Up to 20 hours a week.

Must be available to provide the below support.  Schedule can be somewhat flexible.

  • Family Support Group: Currently Monday  4:30 pm -5:30 pm 
  • Family Workshop: One Thursday -Friday a month  8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
  • Current Florida license as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW preferred.  Otherwise must be license eligible.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing family therapy, with adolescents.  Group experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, clinical documentation, and crisis intervention abilities.
  • Strong documentation skills and proficiency in EHR systems.
  • Passion for helping adolescents achieve emotional wellness and resilience.
  • Comfort in a start-up environment; willing to adapt and grow as the clinic evolves.


Salary Description
$25-40.50 Hourly
