Essential Functions:

  • Perform aircraft assembly, installation, inspection, maintenance, repair, and replacement of aircraft components and systems.
  • Conduct operational and functional checks to verify proper performance of aircraft systems and components.
  • Troubleshoot and repair aircraft mechanical systems, including hydraulics, landing gear, fuel systems, flight controls, powerplant systems, engine controls, fuselage, doors, and aircraft furnishings.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, maintenance manuals, technical specifications, and work instructions.
  • Perform aircraft adjustments, alignments, and modifications in accordance with engineering and customer requirements.
  • Support aircraft production, maintenance, refurbishment, and delivery activities.
  • Participate in aircraft functional testing, ground operations, and flight test support as required.
  • Complete maintenance documentation and inspection records in accordance with regulations, company procedures, and customer requirements.
  • Support production schedules while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and workmanship.
Requirements
  • years of aviation maintenance experience.
  • Current FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate or a minimum of 18 months of aircraft maintenance experience on manufactured aircraft preferred.
  • Experience performing aircraft maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, assembly, or modification on commercial or military aircraft.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in physically demanding aerospace environments.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
