Job Title: Clean Room Technician 

Entry-Level Manufacturing Technician (Clean Room – Ceramic Capacitors) 

Expected Hours: Shift Full-time Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM 

Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Technician supports the production of multilayer ceramic capacitors by preparing materials, operating equipment, and maintaining clean room standards. This role involves slurry preparation, machine operation, and adherence to quality and safety procedures in a controlled manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare ceramic slurry mixtures per established formulas and procedures 

· Operate and monitor production equipment used in capacitor manufacturing 

· Load, unload, and inspect materials throughout the process 

· Follow work instructions, process specifications, and quality standards 

· Perform basic in-process inspections and report defects or abnormalities 

· Maintain accurate production and process documentation 

· Adhere to clean room protocols, including gowning and contamination control 

· Assist with equipment cleaning and basic maintenance 

· Collaborate with team members to meet production goals


Requirements

 Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent required 

· Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures 

· Clean Room Experience.

· Basic math and measurement skills 

· Strong attention to detail and quality focus 

· Good communication and teamwork skills 

· Comfortable working in a clean room environment

· Must be a 'U.S. Person' as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.62 (e.g., U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident/Green Card holder, or protected individual such as a refugee or asylee) due to ITAR/export control restrictions.


Qualifications – Plus (Preferred):

· Previous clean room experience 

· Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment 

· General manufacturing experience 

· Ability to operate basic or semi-automated machinery 

· Experience in electronics, ceramics, or materials processing

  

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

· General office and manufacturing environment. 

· Exposure to hazards associated with manufacturing equipment and tools.

· This position requires working near electrical and mechanical equipment that could potentially interfere with pacemaker function. 

· Ability to read and write in English 

· Requires manual dexterity and ability to manipulate small objects.

· Repetitive hand movements for tasks like assembly or packaging.

· Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

· Capability to use a hand truck and other assistive devices for items over 50 pounds

· Prolonged standing on hard surfaces during shift

· Walking to various stations or areas of the production floor.

· Sitting, bending, stooping, pushing and pulling motions

· Ability to handle small tools, parts, and machinery with precision.

· Visual acuity for reading measurements, assembly instructions, and monitoring equipment.

· Hearing ability to detect alarms, machinery sounds, or verbal instructions in a noisy environment

· Will be required to wear appropriate PPE as outlined by company safety protocols.
