Duties/Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to incoming customer requests via phone, email, and fax, including quotes, orders, technical assistance, and issue resolution
- Manage customer relationships by providing expert guidance on product selection and application support
- Navigate our systems efficiently using P21 to retrieve customer data, inventory status, and purchase order information
- Coordinate seamlessly across departments, accounting, vendors, and outside sales, to fulfill customer needs and provide exceptional value-added service
- Verify customer information including credit status and order accuracy before processing
- Source hard-to-find items by contacting vendors and coordinating delivery schedules that meet customer expectations
- Maintain accuracy by using correct coding and protocols when retrieving and inputting critical information
- Prioritize effectively to manage multiple requests and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
Requirements

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Related experience and/or training are strongly preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- The essential functions of this role regularly require the employee to sit; use their hands to grasp, handle, or feel objects; and to speak and hear effectively. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
