Position Overview: Are you dependable, organized, and looking to make a difference in people’s lives? Heartview Foundation is seeking a responsible and compassionate Driver to transport our patients safely and support the residential team as needed. This role plays a key part in ensuring patients get where they need to be—safely, on time, and with care.
Schedule: Part-Time| 20-29 Hours per Week
Working hours vary based on the patient transportation schedule, appointment times, and travel distances. Flexibility is required to accommodate changing transportation needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport patients and packages to scheduled locations.
- Use navigation tools to plan efficient routes and avoid delays.
- Maintain accurate travel logs and communicate with staff regarding departure and arrival times.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and well-maintained.
- Assist with errands, basic facility maintenance, and other residential needs.
- Provide respectful and professional interactions with patients and staff.

What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or GED- Required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record- Required
- At least one year of driving experience- Preferred
- First Aid/CPR and Narcan certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months)
- Ability to lift 35–50 lbs. and handle physical tasks
- A reliable phone with GPS and communication capabilities
