Description

General Responsibilities:


Responsible for assisting the Credit Administration Manager in preparing reports; maintaining and controlling credit files and related information; coordinating work with other personnel within the department, as well as with other departments; complying with operating policies and procedures established for the credit function; communicating with appropriate personnel; responding to inquiries or requests for information; maintaining appropriate records and providing assigned reports.



Essential Duties:


  • Assists the Credit Administration Manager in preparing reports as follows: 
  • Coordinates and gathers information for various reports associated with monitoring the Bank’s loan portfolio.
  • Assists in the distribution of various reports.
  • Maintains and controls credit files and related information as follows:
  • Coordinates and gathers financial information for credit files.
  • Assists with the Bank’s financial statement tracking system.
  • Assists with preparation of loan covenant and annual review monitoring reports.



Ancillary Duties:


  • Performs tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be altered or re-designed depending upon individual circumstances.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:


Education/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent; specialized banking education and training.


Skill(s): Must demonstrate strong communication skills; proficient interpersonal relations skills; proficient analytical skills; demonstrated organizational skills; proficient PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


Experience: A minimum of three (3) years’ related experience normally required.
