- Participate in the telehealth provider schedule, including 3–4 weekend shifts per month to support our 7-day-a-week clinic model.
- Complete clinical documentation, sign off on patient charts, and manage e-prescriptions and lab orders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Who You Are
- Enthusiastic about preventative medicine, IV therapy, and wellness programs.
- Skilled in remote patient communication, especially via written chat, phone, and video.
- Confident in clinical decision-making, patient triage, and leading multidisciplinary care.

- Ability to work both in-person and remotely, with remote shifts conducted from a quiet, professional environment—free from distractions such as background noise—to promote clear communication.
- Must have reliable internet connectivity, maintain a punctual and professional presence for all calls/appointments, and demonstrate consistent responsiveness and focus during remote shifts.
- Team members must be available to work any of our scheduled shifts. Specific shift assignments will be determined based on scheduling and business needs and are subject to change.
