Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential HVAC Service Technicians to achieve performance and customer satisfaction goals. 
  • Monitor and drive key performance indicators, including revenue, average ticket, conversion rate, maintenance agreement sales, callbacks, and customer satisfaction. 
  • Conduct regular ride-alongs, one-on-one coaching, and performance reviews to improve technician skills and results. 
  • Oversee daily scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability. 
  • Ensure technicians deliver exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to provide homeowners with additional solutions. 
  • Collaborate with dispatch, customer service, sales, and installation teams to ensure seamless operations and an outstanding customer experience. 
  • Recruit, interview, onboard, and retain top HVAC talent while fostering a positive, accountable team culture. 
  • Review service reports, job quality, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. 
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and applicable codes. 
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve technical knowledge, sales performance, and leadership development. 
  • Manage department performance to achieve revenue, profitability, and operational goals while supporting company growth.
  • Other managerial duties as assigned.
Requirements
