Are you highly detail-oriented and passionate about connecting top talent with the right opportunities? We’re looking for a proactive Talent Engagement Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of the hiring process, evaluating resumes, conducting phone screenings, and scheduling interviews to help build a strong team.

Responsibilities:

• Review resumes and reach out to qualified candidates
• Conduct initial phone screenings
• Coordinate interviews with the appropriate recruiter
• Maintain accurate records in our applicant systems and spreadsheets
• Stay in constant communication with the Talent Assessment team and leadership to alert of any complications and/or concerns

Skills and Requirements:

• HS Diploma
• 2+ years of experience in customer service
• Reliable internet service
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules
