Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for Family Health Care in Cadillac, Michigan.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Coordinate specialty referrals and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with experienced Advanced Practice Providers, Medical Assistants, RN Case Managers, Behavioral Health Therapists, and Clinical Pharmacists.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community health programs.
- Receive dedicated administrative time to support documentation and patient care.

- Base Salary: Starting at $220,000+ based on experience.

Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
- Graduate of an accredited medical school.
- Current Michigan Medical License or ability to obtain.
- Michigan Controlled Substance License.
- Current DEA Registration.
- Board Certified in Family Medicine.
- Ability to independently manage comprehensive outpatient primary care.
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
