Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Mental Health Clinician for North Central Behavioral Health Systems in Canton, Illinois.

POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Provide outpatient psychotherapy services for children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Treat patients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and other behavioral health conditions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain timely clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary behavioral health professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Utilize SmartCare Streamline EMR for documentation and patient management.
  • Practice in a structured outpatient environment focused on quality behavioral health services.

  • Salary: $50,000-$62,000 based on experience.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Ability to provide outpatient behavioral health therapy.
  • Experience or interest in treating depression, anxiety, and trauma.
  • Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary behavioral health team.
  • New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply.
