This is a part-time weekend position which includes evening shifts and holidays. Scheduled days off are during the week.

Guest Service Skills: Strong commitment to hospitality, with the ability to greet guests warmly, anticipate needs, and resolve concerns with professionalism and urgency.

Technical Skills: Comfort using property management systems, basic computer applications, and point-of-sale systems. Ability to learn new software and follow established procedures.

Reliability & Availability: Consistent weekend availability is required. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including check-ins, check-outs, phone calls, guest inquiries, and lobby presence.
Cash Handling: Ability to accurately process payments, balance cash drawers, and follow financial control procedures.
Professional Grooming & Appearance: Maintains a polished, professional appearance in accordance with Maine Course Hospitality Group grooming standards, reflecting the company’s commitment to hospitality and brand representation.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk throughout the lobby and public areas, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform basic front-desk operational tasks.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure a seamless guest experience.
