Do you enjoy yard work and general maintenance tasks? Do you enjoy a job that has a variety of duties, routines, and responsibilities? If so, we’re currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team. 

Here’s what you’ll do: 

·  Complete preventive maintenance, in compliance with regulatory standards, as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.

· Complete daily repairs as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.

· Assist with lawn care and snow removal

·  Monitor security measures to protect property, residents, and staff.

· Participate in regulatory inspections and implement corrective actions as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.

· Additional job duties as required

Requirements

  

Physical Requirements:

o Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.

o Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods

Work Requirements:

o Must pass a criminal background check

o Must meet facility immunization requirements (e.g., flu shot, COVID-19 if applicable)

o Must follow infection prevention, sanitation, and safety protocols

o Willingness to take part in scheduled weekend/holiday on call rotations
