Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor for The Primary Health Network in Sharon, Pennsylvania.

COMPENSATION

  • Base Salary: $60,000-$75,000 based on experience.
  • $1,000 monthly health insurance stipend.

POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Provide outpatient behavioral health services for patients across the lifespan.
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual psychotherapy.
  • Treat a variety of mental health and substance use disorders using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Collaborate with primary care providers and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
  • Build meaningful therapeutic relationships while practicing in a supportive outpatient setting.

  • Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.

  • Average caseload of approximately 5 patients per day.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Current Pennsylvania Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
  • Experience providing psychotherapy and behavioral health treatment.
  • Ability to complete behavioral health assessments and treatment planning.
  • Experience treating mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
