Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for HealthLinc Community Health Center in Mishawaka, Indiana.

COMPENSATION

  • Base salary starting at $220,000 based on experience.
  • Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000.
  • 70% employer-paid health insurance.

POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.
  • Manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, preventive care, and wellness services.
  • Practice within an integrated care model alongside behavioral health, nutrition, and support services.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical guideline development.
  • Teach and mentor medical residents and students as part of an established learning environment.
  • Deliver patient-centered care within a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certified in Family Medicine.
  • Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
  • Eligible for Indiana medical licensure.
  • Current or eligible DEA registration.
  • Commitment to serving underserved patient populations.
  • Strong collaboration and quality improvement mindset.
