The NOC Engineer is responsible for the proactive monitoring, operation, and continuous improvement of network services, ensuring stable and secure connectivity for business operations worldwide • Monitor network performance and infrastructure health using enterprise monitoring tools.

• Monitor network performance and infrastructure health using enterprise monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents to minimize service disruptions.
• Manage and prioritize operational tickets in accordance with SLA requirements.
• Escalate complex issues to specialized teams and coordinate incident resolution.
• Maintain network availability, stability, and performance across all supported locations.
• Managing network related branch projects.
• Other duties as assigned by the manger.

• Relevant technical degree / experience in IT and (if possible) Logistics.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT or Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN, routing, switching, and network troubleshooting. 
• Experience with network monitoring and incident management tools. 
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced operational environment. 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple support teams. 
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple incidents, and work independently under pressure.
