General Managers are the heartbeat of a Birdcall restaurant — running the show on guest experience, food quality, team culture, and the bottom line, all at once. You'll lead a crew of 20–100, turn new hires into your best shift leads, and make sure every guest walks out already planning their next visit. Birdcall is growing fast — new stores and new concepts every year — and GMs get to grow right along with it.

PAY

$60,000–$75,000/year + Quarterly Bonuses Salary exempt, full-time, and rewarded for real results. Hit your numbers, get paid for it — every quarter.

What you'll own:

• Lead the guest experience end-to-end — food quality, speed, and the vibe on the floor
• Run BOH readiness: prep, ordering, inventory, temperature and ticket-time standards
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train your team using our Wisetail programs
• Forecast labor and sales to build smart, effective schedules
• Deliver quarterly performance reviews and keep turnover below industry average
• Maintain a safe, harassment-free workplace, and keep the restaurant inspection-ready
• Manage food, labor, and controllable costs to hit budget and profitability targets
• Handle shiftly, daily, weekly, and period accounting duties, accurately and on time

What you bring:

• 3+ years of restaurant or hospitality management/supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication — clear, professional English, written and spoken
• Comfort with budgets, payroll, banking, and basic math
• Sharp reasoning to project sales, evaluate budgets, and read profit statements
• The ability to direct, motivate, discipline, and genuinely engage a team
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally between stores
• Ability to obtain and maintain an alcohol service permit
• High school diploma or GED

Physical Requirements:
About 50 hours a week, mostly on your feet — standing, walking, frequent bending and lifting up to 50 lbs, with occasional exposure to moving mechanical equipment. Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
