Kunes Auto Group the fastest growing dealership in the Midwest is seeking an Automotive Technician.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Perform vehicle repair and maintenance
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Conduct multi-point inspections
- Communicate with Service Advisors and Parts
- Document work on repair orders
- Maintain tool inventory
- Participate in training and certification programs
SUCCESS METRICS
- Flat-rate productivity
- Repair quality
- Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years automotive technician experience in a dealership required
- Ford training is highly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical training
- Valid driver’s license
