The Eat Well Restaurant, located inside the EVEN Hotel, is seeking a dependable and motivated Part-Time Cook to join our team. Schedule:
Friday & Saturday | 4:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Prepare food of consistent quality by following recipe cards, as well as production and portion standards, based on orders from servers.
• Assist as a counter attendant as needed to support overall restaurant operations.
• Properly date all food containers and rotate products in accordance with Graham Hotel Systems’ hospitality standards, ensuring all perishables are stored at appropriate temperatures.
• Maintain inventory logs, assist with ordering products, and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
• Check par levels for each shift, determine necessary preparation, complete freezer pulls, and ensure proper line setup.
• Communicate any out-of-stock items or potential shortages promptly.
• Perform daily cleaning of the dining and prep areas, including guest tables and kitchen spaces.
• Secure and store all food, beverage, and equipment at the end of each shift.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

• Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
