Job Summary
The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role involves greeting guests, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and performing administrative tasks while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors. 
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. 
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings. 
  • Respond to emails and general inquiries. 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. 
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries. 
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges when required. 
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative duties. 
  • Order and maintain office supplies. 
  • Support office staff with clerical tasks as needed. 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
