American Lumper Services is looking for an Admin/ Dispatcher to join our team in Louisville. You would be learning various admin responsibilities from email communications to partnering with the warehouse team to find lost product. This role is for someone who is self-motivated and can take the initiative to learn and improve every process. You will also be working with drivers and warehouse associates - keeping them organized and informed.

• Replying to emails
• Driver communication
• Mange truck breakdowns
• Enter updates in portal
• Send out ETA's 
• Tracking inbound/outbound
• Sort paperwork (routes)
• Data entry
• HUB and Ops reports
• Expert in Excel, tech, and customer service - they will be in varies different portals and excel sheets
