Diesel Mechanic

Duties:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair on diesel engines and vehicles
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
  • Conduct inspections and perform preventative maintenance tasks
  • Repair or replace faulty parts and components
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems
  • Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed

Experience:

  • Diesel engine repair: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)

Experience

  • Previous experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines and vehicle systems
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
