Vault Operations Job Summary

Texas Precious Metals is seeking a dedicated Vault Operations professional to support secure, accurate, and efficient depository operations. This role manages inventory, precious metals handling, shipping and receiving, transportation between facilities, and security support for depository tours while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Vault Operations Responsibilities

· Transport precious metals between the depository and main facility.

· Process inbound and outbound packages accurately and efficiently.

· Operate the ERP system to maintain accurate, real-time inventory records.

· Provide security and escort support during depository tours.

· Maintain a clean, organized facility and follow established safety requirements.

· Support additional operational needs in a collaborative small-company environment.

· All other duties as assigned by management.

Vault Operations Skills and Competencies

· Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

· Ability to operate a forklift; training may be provided if needed.

· Effective written and verbal communication skills.

· Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

· Sound judgment and ability to follow instructions and established procedures.

· Clean, professional work habits and appearance.

· High level of discretion, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Vault Operations Qualifications

· Some college coursework preferred.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

· Experience in accounting, banking, finance, programming, logistics, or inventory operations is a plus.

· Highly detail-oriented, dependable, and trustworthy.

Physical Requirements

· Ability to move throughout office, vault, warehouse, and outdoor work areas as needed.

· Ability to safely handle packages and materials associated with shipping, receiving, inventory, and precious metals operations.

· Ability to use required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses and closed-toe shoes, when applicable.

Work Environment

Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled facility, with occasional work in operational areas and outdoors. Required PPE may include safety glasses and closed-toe shoes.
