What we’re looking for


Adams Support Office staff are expected to provide exceptional support to both our internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring that every interaction reflects our dedication to excellence and helps uphold the high standards that define the Adams experience. For the Content Marketing Coordinator, this means bringing the Adams brand to life across social and digital channels—developing creative concepts, producing photo and video content, and writing copy that keeps our audience engaged. Through strong creative instincts, technical skill, and cross-team coordination, this role ensures that our social and digital content is fresh, on-brand, and effectively supports company initiatives, helping to uphold the high standards that define the Adams experience.


Your Day-to-Day  

  • Develop creative concepts for social media content, seasonal campaigns, and store promotions from initial idea through finished execution.
  • Graphic design work for social media, email, web, and digital channels using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Produce social media content—posts, reels, stories, and short-form video—across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, as directed by the Social Media Manager.
  • Edit short-form video and create motion graphics for reels, stories, and digital content using CapCut or similar tools.
  • Capture original photo and video content on location across our store locations and at in-store events, including directing on-camera talent.
  • Write compelling, brand-appropriate copy for social posts, captions, and digital content.
  • Support content calendar planning aligned to store promotions and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Signage, Flyer & Graphics, and Ecommerce teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and best practices across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

What you bring to the Farm

  • Strong motion graphics and short-form video editing skills, with the ability to produce polished video and animated content using CapCut or a comparable tool.
  • Strong conceptual and creative thinking, with the ability to generate original ideas and clearly articulate the thinking behind them.
  • Demonstrated graphic design ability using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with a portfolio showing work across social and digital formats required with application; Canva experience a plus for select templated brand assets.
  • Strong content and copywriting skills, with the ability to write in a compelling, brand-appropriate voice across social and digital platforms.
  • Ability to capture photo and on-location video content at our stores and events, and ability to direct talent.
  • Willingness to embrace and demonstrate Adams' culture and brand standards, with enthusiasm for our products and commitment to quality.
  • Social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot) a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel on Mac or PC; experience with Trello or similar project management tools a plus.

Working Conditions

  • Consistently move, adjust, and position items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for duration of shift
  • Occasionally ascend/descend a stepstool, stepladder, and/or ladder
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers for duration of shift
  • Communicate with others to exchange information

The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions – including skill sets, experience, training, certifications and other business needs. At Adams, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their position, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation.

Salary Description
$62,500 - $65,000 per year
