Description

SUMMARY:


The TPO Account Executive (AE) is responsible for marketing and selling all Servion financial products and services to Credit Unions and other clients. The AE will be responsible for prospecting and developing new accounts, while meeting and exceeding expectations of the Credit Unions and their memberships all aspects of the company operations. This position is responsible for developing new and existing credit union relationships in addition to communicating and selling products/services. The AE must monitor current market trends to determine optimal communication methods and selling techniques based on the needs of Credit Union and other Servion clients. The position requires personal contacts to occur on a regular and frequent basis with Credit Union representatives across all levels of their organization for purpose of obtaining information or resolving problems or concerns. Contacts are also required with internal management of Servion for the purpose of sharing or providing information and responding to inquiries for variety of issues that may arise. The AE must thoroughly understand and weigh client requests and choose the proper course of action. The AE work is periodically reviewed for results.

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONBILITIES:

  • Develop new and expand existing credit union and community bank relationships and territories; Generate VA, FHA, Conventional and any additional mortgages through effective prospecting Credit Union and Community Bank opportunities.
  • Maintain appropriate, reliable, and confidential business relations with members, credit union and community bank employees, vendors and all Servion staff.
  • Build relationships with key decision makers; Become liaison and point of contact with Credit Union and community bank partners.
  • Ensure inquiries, information requests and complaints related to loan products and services from Credit Unions and community banks are effectively and efficiently resolved.
  • Actively maintain knowledge of Servion products and services and effectively present them to customers.
  • Respond to clients’ needs and follow through on requests both in written and verbal forms.
  • Initiate or assist with external marketing efforts for the purpose of business development.
  • Identify revenue opportunities by contacting credit unions to develop relationships, answer questions, respond to complaints or direct to appropriate source.
  • Gather data to determine trends and develop new sales ideas.
  • Communicate with National Sales Manager to inform them of market conditions and strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition.
  • Work closely with Servion marketing efforts to develop and implement a directed marketing campaign.
  • Maintain and submit accurate monthly expense reports; Maintains sales contact, pipeline, and other pertinent sales activity reports.
  • Following up with credit union and community bank several times through the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
  • Perform related duties as required.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:

  • Must have a thorough knowledge of all Servion Business Units with a focus on Mortgage, Realty and Title.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge or industry trends and government regulations
  • Proven excellent reporting, letter preparation, group presentation and other related communications skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with executives, managers, employees, and vendors.
  • Ability to perform research to determine credit union needs and communicate results to appropriate source
  • Ability to conduct seminars, presentations, and meetings to demonstrate value of products and services to prospective and current clients.
  • Maintain a current knowledge of accounting, compliance or other policies, procedures, guidelines, and current standards.
  • Ability to develop quality mortgage leads and establish relationships with clients
  • Staying current on company offerings and industry trends
  • Building long-lasting, mutual beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create better customer experience.

  

COMPENSATION: Commission ($4,153.84 biweekly forgivable draw) 

The Servion Group has provided a salary range that represents its good faith estimate of what the company may pay for the position at the time of posting. The specific salary offered will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information.

Requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: (or Equivalent Experience): Minimum High School Diploma or Four-year College Degree in business or a related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be a substitute
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of mortgage-related experience required. Two years of mortgage sales experience strongly preferred
  • Licenses or Certifications: None
