We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Service Porter to join our team at Sierra Honda. As a Service Porter, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership
- Assist customers with valet parking and retrieving their vehicles
- Provide exceptional guest services by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Drive vehicles to designated areas within the dealership premises for customer pick-up and delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Assist service advisors and technicians with various tasks as needed
- Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues to management
- Fueling vehicles
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a Porter or in a similar role preferred
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule (between Mon-Sun, 8a-8p)
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Manual transmission experience a plus
