About the Role
The Aviation Technical Records Analyst (ATRA) is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of aircraft, engine, and component maintenance records within Veryon's Tracking platform. This role plays a critical part in supporting regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction through meticulous documentation and effective technical records management.

Job Duties
Technical Records Management
• Accurately process and update Tier 3–Tier 5 aircraft maintenance records within Veryon Tracking.
• Enter and maintain aircraft, engine, and component maintenance records with a high degree of accuracy.
• Verify and record component removals, installations, and replacements, ensuring correct part numbers, serial numbers, and time-tracking information.
• Validate flight logs by reviewing flight hours, cycles, and operational data for accuracy.
• Ensure maintenance activities are entered promptly and completely into the maintenance management system.
Data Accuracy & Compliance
• Maintain high standards of data integrity across all aircraft maintenance documentation.
• Review records for completeness, consistency, and compliance with internal documentation standards.
• Support audit readiness by maintaining organized and accurate maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and aviation recordkeeping standards.
Customer & Cross-Functional Support
• Support internal Support teams by assisting with technical records inquiries and case resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to clarify maintenance record requirements and resolve documentation issues.
• Process customer cases efficiently while maintaining Veryon's commitment to world-class customer service.
• Build collaborative relationships that support efficient technical records operations.
Productivity & Continuous Improvement
• Independently manage and prioritize a personal workload to meet daily deadlines.
• Maintain high productivity while consistently achieving quality expectations.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance recordkeeping efficiency and system utilization.
• Share knowledge and best practices with team members to support ongoing development.
• 2+ years of experience maintaining aircraft maintenance records in aviation environments such as Production Control, Quality Assurance, Technical Records, Maintenance Planning, or similar aviation maintenance functions.
• Experience working with aircraft maintenance documentation, component tracking, and aviation recordkeeping processes.
• Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to work independently while consistently meeting productivity and quality expectations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while providing exceptional internal and external customer support.
• Comfortable learning new systems and technologies in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills
• Experience using Veryon Tracking or other aviation maintenance management software.
• Familiarity with aircraft maintenance records, technical publications, and aviation regulatory documentation.
• Experience supporting aviation compliance audits or quality assurance initiatives.
• Knowledge of aircraft components, maintenance terminology, and aviation documentation standards.
• Experience utilizing AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies to improve documentation quality, workflow efficiency, and operational productivity.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
